What is the difference between the 15, 18, 20, 30 and 48 models?
The number is the number of compartments. They all use the same Brain, so the experience is identical — only the capacity changes. The Ambient 15 COMBO combines Brain and module in one compact unit; the others are modules that connect to the Brain. We'll recommend a configuration based on your expected volume.
Can I start small and grow later?
Yes. That is one of the advantages of a modular system. You start with a Brain and one module (say, 15 compartments) and add more modules as you grow. There is no need to replace the equipment.
How do users open their compartment?
With a unique code (PIN or QR) sent by email, SMS or app. It can also be integrated with corporate cards or company SSO systems, depending on the use case.
What kind of use is it ideal for?
Click & collect, industrial PPE, staff meals, internal parcels, retail returns and equipment lending. Any drop-off or pick-up flow that doesn't need a person on hand.
Does it need refrigeration?
The base system is ambient (room temperature). For food that needs to be kept cold, refrigerated modules can be added in a specific configuration.
What if a user doesn't collect their delivery?
The system automatically alerts the manager when a compartment has been occupied for longer than the configured time. The manager can extend the deadline or free up the compartment manually from the cloud dashboard.
Does it work outdoors?
The base system is designed for indoor use. For outdoor sites (covered and sheltered), a specific configuration with additional weatherproofing is available.
Can it integrate with an existing e-commerce platform or ERP?
Yes. The cloud platform has an API to integrate with your e-commerce site, ERP, ticketing system, HR platform or any internal system that generates deliveries.
