Two complementary models for a wider range

Maison DODIN chose two complementary configurations: “Le Répandu”, with large refrigerated storage capacity, and “Le Petit Traiteur”, designed for fresh products and smaller volumes. Together they keep a wide selection of Alsatian cheeses permanently on offer.

Refrigerated storage, always available

The refrigerated lockers keep products in the right conditions until the moment of purchase. Customers choose and buy their cheese at any hour, regardless of the farm shop’s opening times.

Tradition and innovation at one point of sale

The installation gives Maison DODIN a new shop window and strengthens its ties with the local community. The technology complements artisan production without diluting its identity, its quality or its roots in the region.
